Terms of service

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give a working email address.
• Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for what happens in your account.

Free trial and plans

• Free invitations stay online for 3 days after you create them, accept up to 30 RSVPs, show “Made with GrabInvite” and can use free designs only.
• Paid plans include a number of premium invitations and keep them online until the plan's end date, as shown at checkout and on the pricing page. Prices are in Pakistani rupees.
• Plans are paid by mobile wallet or bank transfer and become active once we've confirmed the payment. Submitting someone else's transaction or a false payment proof is not allowed.
• After an invitation's period ends it goes offline and stops accepting RSVPs. You can upgrade to bring it back.
• Refunds are covered by our refund policy. In short: plans that have been applied to an invitation are non-refundable.

Your content

• You own what you put in your invitations. You give us permission to store and display it so we can provide the service.
• Only upload photos and text you have the right to use, and don't publish anything unlawful, hateful, misleading, or that invades someone's privacy.
• Invitations are for real events. Don't use GrabInvite for spam, scams, phishing or impersonation.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, without a refund.

The service

• We work hard to keep GrabInvite available, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted. We aren't responsible for how other apps (such as WhatsApp) display links or previews.
• Designs, artwork and software remain ours or our licensors'. You may use them only through the service.
• We may improve or change features over time. If a change materially reduces a paid plan, we'll offer a fair remedy.

Liability

You're responsible for the details in your invitations and for checking them before sharing. To the extent the law allows, GrabInvite isn't liable for indirect losses, such as costs from a guest missing an event, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Ending your account

You can stop using GrabInvite at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may close accounts that break these terms. Sections about content ownership, liability and refunds continue to apply after an account is closed.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If we change them we'll update this page and the date above. Questions? Email hello@grabinvite.com.
